Class descriptions

 

Morning classes for all levels to gently stretch, stimulate and awaken the body and mind.

Suitable for anyone with a little experience of yoga looking for an energising and stimulating practice working with the Zen Yoga foundations of mindful movement and connection to the seasons.

A faster paced practice combining all the Zen Yoga principals with a fun challenging edge. Not for the faint hearted but definitely for the big lighthearted!

Deep stretching and flowing without over stimulating for a peaceful evening.

Yogic sleep, a systematic and effortless guided relaxation combining alert awareness and deep relaxation.

Calming yoga to uplift and release stress consisting of long, passive stretches supported with cushions.

Classes for more experienced students combining Zen Yoga with Reido (spontaneous yoga).

Chair based Zen Yoga, embracing the philosophy and energetics of Zen Yoga whilst offering support from the chair.
